Theatre
Lakeland Players Ltd. Since 1973 the Lakeland Players, have produced community theatre in Elkhorn. In 1990 the group has called the historic Sprague Theatre home.
Lake Geneva Theatre Company. Located in the historic Lake Geneva Horticultural Hall, professional summer theatre productions.
Performing Arts
Music by the Lake. A summer festival at Williams Bay’s Aurora University CampusĀ present musical programs for the enrichment, education and entertainment of our friends neighbors and visitors in the Geneva Lake community.
Young Auditorium. The best in touring professional Broadway, theatre, dance and variety comes to Whitewater’s 1,300 seat auditorium.
Music
Holton-Elkhorn Band. Community performers host an annual holiday concert and summer series at Sunset park in Elkhorn.
Music by the Lake at George Williams College, Williams Bay. A long-held tradition that dates back to the 1950s. Features a diverse offering of national performers each summer and an original opera production featuring young professional artists from across the country.
Southern Lakes Masterpiece Choral. An all-volunteer civic chorus averaging around 85 members. Auditions have never been required. For more than 20 years, it has provided an opportunity to learn and perform significant large-scale choral works for anyone willing to devote a night a week for 12 weeks and three nights on concert week. Directed by Richard Severing.
Visual Arts
Geneva Lake Art Association. GLAA fosters a community appreciation of the fine arts through the arrangement of shows including Art In the Park, monthly programs, lectures, demonstrations and workshops. Membership is open to anyone interested in the arts.
Studio 84 - Whitewater. Non-profit art center that provides experiences in the visual arts, theater, dance, and music for the community. We specialize in working with people with physical and cognitive limitations and creating an environment of inclusion whenever possible. Studio 84 is open to all ages and all abilities.
Whitewater Arts Alliance. Promotes the visual and performing arts through an alliance of artists, individuals, educational resources, and organizations to promote creativity and diversity that will serve to educate and enrich the lives of the residents of the Whitewater community and surrounding areas.
Dance
Regional and State Arts Organizations:
MadStage. MadStage provides comprehensive listings for live theater activities anywhere near Madison, Wisconsin.
United Arts Alliance. Rock County. UAA works with individuals and nonprofit members to promote local arts events; facilitate cooperation and collaboration among artists and arts organizations; to educate the community about the arts and their value; and much more.
Wisconsin Arts Board. State agency which nurtures creativity, cultivates expression, promotes the arts, supports the arts in education, stimulates community and economic development and serves as a resource for people of every culture and heritage.
National Arts Organizations:
